Ever since I passed it going to Terri's one weekend, Watermead Park has been on my 'to do' list.
This is the view of John Merrick's Lake from the car park at the north end
On King Lear's Lake this Great Crested Grebe swam close enough for me to get a half decent picture
The Lake has a scene from the last act frozen in stone
The lake also has a Dinosaur Play Trail and a running track
